Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Place the cue in its original protective sleeve and hard case, ensuring it is packed securely in the original shipping box to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
